The dynamics of the assortment of immunosuppressants in Uzbekistan for 2006–2025 were analyzed. A decrease in import dependence since 2020 has been revealed due to the growth in the share of domestic and CIS manufacturers. A structural transformation of the market has been established: a transition from the predominance of capsules to the dominance of tablet forms, an increase in the share of parenteral drugs, and the emergence of new dosage forms (aerosols, suspensions). The results confirm market diversification and the development of local pharmaceutical production.
