Annotatsiya

Dysmenorrhea remains one of the most common causes of reduced quality of life, poor academic performance, and short-term social maladjustment among young women. International studies indicate a high prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea among female students, coupled with low rates of seeking professional medical care and the widespread practice of self-treatment. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the reproductive healthcare system is being systematically improved, the capacities of family clinics are being expanded, national clinical guidelines are being implemented, and the accessibility of modern diagnostic and treatment methods is increasing. In this context, studying the prevalence of dysmenorrhea, the characteristics of its clinical course, and its impact on reproductive health is of significant scientific and practical interest.
