В статье рассматривается диагностическая эффективность эндоскопической ультрасонографии (ЭУС) при выявлении и дифференциальной диагностике подслизистых образований желудка. Анализируются возможности метода в определении происхождения, структуры и злокачественного потенциала новообразований. Особое внимание уделяется сопоставлению ЭУС с другими методами визуализации.
