Annotatsiya

At present, significant focus is placed on studying the risk factors for the onset of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Smoking, as one of these risk factors, contributes to the development of lung pathology, including systemic inflammatory responses, oxidative stress, inflammatory cytokines, heightened procoagulant factor activity, an increase in oncogene numbers, and various other systemic effects. Inflammatory cytokines α-TNF and interleukin (IL) play a crucial role in the development of hemostasis disorders in children aged 6 and 8 years. The primary cytokine that triggers coagulation processes is IL-6, TNF-α also affects coagulation, partly through indirect mechanisms involving IL-6. Additionally, IL-8 is involved in regulating blood coagulation by affecting the secretion of procoagulant and anticoagulant factors, as well as plasminogen inhibitors.
