A clinical study was conducted involving 114 peri- and postmenopausal women who sought dental care for partial or complete adentia and required dental implantation. The study took place at the Red-White Dental Clinic from 2021 to 2024. An unfavorable trend in implant stability was observed in 33 patients, while a favorable trend was seen in 81. For postmenopausal women, preventing osseointegration disorders should begin before the surgical stage. This prevention should include risk stratification based on systemic mineral and hormonal markers, assessment of alveolar bone density, and selection of an individualized implantation protocol. The developed scale allows for the identification of the high-risk group and provides a rationale for using a multimodal therapeutic and preventive approach.
