This study examines the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence (AI) in education. The introduction of AI opens up new opportunities for personalizing learning, improving teaching efficiency, and automating administrative processes. However, along with these benefits, there are serious disadvantages related to ethical issues, data privacy and inequality in access to technology.The study aims to analyze current approaches to the use of AI in the educational environment, identify key benefits and challenges, and develop recommendations for the effective and safe use of AI to improve the quality of education.
