Annotatsiya

Relevance. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a diagnostic method that allows to obtain tomographicslices of internal biological systems with high resolution. The aim of the study was to study the parameters of the ACT inischemic diseases of the visual organ against the background of hypertension. The study material was 180 patients. After astandard ophthalmological examination, all patients underwent a study on an optical coherence tomograph with angiography(OCTA) RTVue-100 XR Avanti (Optovue, USA, Version 2019). The ET-1 content was determined using the enzyme immunoassay(Biomedica, Austria). Result. Thus, the conducted multifunctional study of hypertensive vascular lesions of the organ of visionallows us to distinguish 3 main degrees of ischemia in the tissues of the eyeball. Conclusion. The use of OCTA makes itpossible to detect changes in hemoperfusion in all layers of the retina and optic nerve at the early stages of the development ofhypertension, which will allow early diagnosis and monitoring of the disease.
