Бизнинг тадқиқотимизнинг мақсади биомикроскопия, офталмоскопия, статик периметрия ва ангиография билан оптик когерент томография маълумотларини ҳисобга олган ҳолда артериал гипертензияда ретинал ўзгаришлар таснифини яхшилаш. Материал ва услублар.Тадқиқот материалида 180 бемор эди. Стандарт офталмологик текширувдан сўнг барча беморлар оптик когерент томография ангиографияси (ОCТA) РТВуе‑100 ХР Aванти (Оптовуе, AҚШ, Версион 2019) текширувидан ўтказилди. ЕТ‑1 таркибини аниқлаш фермент иммуноассай усули (Биомедиcа, Aвстрия) ёрдамида амалга оширилди. Натижалар. Шундай қилиб, кўриш органининг гипертензив қон томир лезёнларини кўп функцияли ўрганиш кўз олмасининг тўқималарида ишемия ривожланишининг 3 асосий даражасини ажратишга имкон беради.
