In the paper, the distribution of the electromagnetic field near the sample is discussed. The results are compared with the results of an earlier developed theoretical model for the field near the dielectric microsphere using the theory of scalar waves and with numerical calculations. It was shown that the field distribution near the sample depends not only on the size, but also on the shape of the nanosample. Explicit analytical forms are obtained for the components of the electromagnetic field and momentum field near the microsphere. The theoretical result agrees well with numerical calculations.
