Annotatsiya

In interactions of gold and sulfur nuclei at 10.6 and 200 GeV/nucleon, respectively, the azimuthal emission angles of particles of different types, both produced and fragments of primary nuclei were measured. Intragroup and intergroup azimuthal correlations for these types of particles were carefully studied. It is shown that statistically significant azimuthal correlations of large number of particles from the central collision region, increasing with the energy and centrality of a collision, can be related with their emission from a single extended primary source moving as a whole in the transverse plane which does not contradict the theoretically predicted splashes of quark-gluon fluid in the azimuthal plane.
