This article explores the clinical evaluation of internal knee joint structures (menisci, ligaments, synovial membrane, etc.) using ultrasonography. The diagnostic advantages of ultrasound—such as high sensitivity, non-invasiveness, suitability for repeated assessments, and real-time imaging—are emphasized. Based on ultrasound findings, optimized physiotherapeutic rehabilitation models are proposed. Clinical and statistical outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness of integrating ultrasound diagnostics with physiotherapy to develop individualized rehabilitation protocols.
