The article examines modern approaches to the prevention of postural disorders in children and adolescents involved in martial arts. The key causes and mechanisms of postural disorders in young athletes, such as asymmetric loads, violation of the training regimen, insufficient exercise correction, and neglect of sports hygiene, are characterized. he article analyzes methods of early diagnostics of posture disorders, including clinical examinations, instrumental studies and innovative technologies, such as mobile applications and neural networks for posture monitoring. It also examines in detail the hygienic principles of prevention, including rational training planning, introduction of compensatory exercises, regular posture monitoring and interaction of specialists. The work highlights the importance of an integrated approach to the prevention and correction of posture disorders in sports practice, with an emphasis on the role of parents, coaches and medical specialists.
