Annotatsiya

The bank of observational data on dwarf galaxies has been assembled. Based on the observational data, a special composite catalog of dwarf galaxies up to a distance of 121 Mpc was composed. This catalog contains physical characteristics (equatorial coordinates, distance to them, absolute stellar magnitude, mass (in solar masses), red shift, apparent magnitude in the X-ray range) of 413 dwarf galaxies. A statistical analysis of the composed catalog is carried out and the dependences of the main characteristics of dwarf galaxies are constructed. Empirical relationships have been obtained between the main physical characteristics of dwarf galaxies. In particular, linear relation[1]ships were found between the mass of dwarf galaxies and their absolute stellar magnitude, as well as between the mass and distance. It is shown that with an increase in the absolute magnitude and distance to dwarf galaxies, their masses increase linearly. However, no sufficient correlation was found between red shift and apparent magnitude. It is shown that the frequency of occurrence of dwarf galaxies is divided into two parts: 10-40 Mpc and 95-120 Mpc, which may be associated with the presence of massive galaxies.
