Annotatsiya

The smelting of industrial silicon is the most energy-intensive and environmentally hazardous process in the production chain of solar cells and electronic products. To solve the problem, new physically justified methods of recycling nanoscale dusty waste of this production in concrete, building mixtures, ceramics, returning to the main production in the form of briquettes, and also for cooking liquid glass are proposed. It is particularly noted, the production on the basis of nanosized powders of silicon carbide, as well as the use of dust microparticles of technical silicon itself to create new types of thermal energy converters.
