This article analyzes the clinical effectiveness of minimally invasive surgical technologies for lumbar spinal canal stenosis using a clinical case. The patient underwent percutaneous transpedicular fixation and posterior interlaminar decompression using a tubular retractor system. Clinical and neurological status, pain intensity, functional outcomes, and quality of life were assessed before and after surgery. The minimally invasive approach resulted in minimal paravertebral muscle injury, early patient mobilization, and a significant reduction in the Oswestry Disability Index. The findings demonstrate that minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques are effective and safe methods for the treatment of degenerative spinal disorders.
