This article analyzed the results of treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of “Consequences of a birth traumatic brain injury. Intracerebral hemorrhage in the left temporal lobe of the brain. Thinning, rupture of tracts in the left temporal lobe. Delayed psychomotor development. Tetrasyndrome”. Neurophysiological changes were analyzed in the preoperative and postoperative period in patient B. (7 years old). The patient underwent therapy in the Department of Neurosurgery of the 1st Clinic of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, 3 months after the absorption of the hematoma, lumbar punctures were performed with endolumbar insufflation of ozone and piracetam. MRI and MSCT of the brain after the treatment revealed total resorption of intracerebral hematoma and cystic gliosis process, and MRI tractography determined restoration of morphology and integrity of the tracts (tract neuroregeneration).
