Examination and early rehabilitation of 71 patients in the early recovery period of ischemic stroke was carried out. The age of the studied patients ranged from 48 to 70 years. In patients with ischemic stroke in the early recovery period, in the main group of patients who received, in addition to traditional drug therapy, exercise therapy, massage, positional treatment, neuromuscular stimulation of the distal parts of the paretic leg, cyclic training on the MOTO-MED simulator, translingual neurostimulation, sitting down with lowered legs. In this group of patients with ischemic stroke, a more significant recovery of impaired walking functions was observed in the early recovery period.
