Examination and treatment of 120 elderly patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the spine (DDDS) were carried out. On the basis of CT and / or MRI examination of the spine, the patients were divided into groups with complete, limited or minimal treatment and sanatorium regimens. A differentiated approach to the treatment of elderly patients with DDDS with dorsopathy based on neuroimaging diagnostics has shown efficiency in 95% of cases with no complications.
