In the acute period of ischemic stroke, 80 patients with diabetes mellitus and 70 patients with undetectable diabetes were examined. All patients underwent subjective, objective, clinical-instrumental, and neuropsychological examinations. Decreased levels of anxiety from patients in both groups after psychological rehabilitation of patients, which in turn is one of the important aspects in increasing the effectiveness of complex early rehabilitation measures.
