120 patients were examined in the acute period of hemorrhagic stroke. All patients underwent subjective, objective, clinical-instrumental, and neuropsychological examinations, and in combination with treatment, 72 patients with ischemic stroke in the main group and 48 patients with hemorrhagic stroke underwent early rehabilitation measures and verticalization. Changes associated with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke were studied and analyzed in both groups in the first 1-3 days, period, 7-10 days and 20-21 days of the early recovery period.
