Annotatsiya

Due to the increasing frequency and severity of injuries, the present article analyzes the etiology and nature of modern injuries leading to acute traumatic injuries of the maxillofacial region. 100 patients with acute traumatic injuries of the maxillofacial region, who were hospitalized in the maxillofacial surgery department of the Tashkent State Dental Institute between 2023 and 2025, were examined. An analysis of the relationship between the cause of the injury, the patient's gender, and age was conducted, which revealed that men are most often subjected to criminal injuries, children are more prone to injuries as a result of sports injuries, and women have a tendency towards domestic injuries. Most often, traumatic injuries occur at the most able-bodied age of 30-40 years.
