Annotatsiya

Traumatic brain injuries account for 30-40% of all human injuries, causing disability in 25-30% of cases. Histological examination of the deceased revealed that cerebral ischemia was the cause of death in more than 90% of cases. The spread of hemolysis products into the blood causes the release of prostaglandins from endothelial cells, which causes the spasmogenic effect of the hemolysis process. Oxyhemoglobin and other hemolysis products inhibit endothelin, which relaxes smooth muscle cells by providing them with nitric oxide. As a result, the distribution of hemoglobin products damages perivascular nerves and other factors that have a synergistic effect on vasoconstruction, increases the hypoxia process, affects biologically active substances such as serotonin and potassium.
