Head injury is one of the leading causes of death in the working-age population and the main factor leading to disability in people under 35 years of age. Head injury is most common in economically developed countries, in places with a high level of road traffic and automated production. The study of morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics of posttraumatic hematomas is of great importance in clinical practice and plays an important role in improving the pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment methods of the disease.
