In our study, 116 people were diagnosed with coronary heart disease, persistent angina, insomnia and drowsiness. All patients underwent neuropsychological tests, biochemical and instrumental studies, and polysomnography. It turned out that apnea is a relationship between biochemical parameters and neuropsychological tests. The effect of sleep apnea on the course of coronary heart disease has been evaluated.
