Annotatsiya

Necessity of maintenance of natural biomechanics of operated, segment of spine with retention of full range of motions in vertebromotor segment is a motive for the change of approaches to the surgical treatment of discal hernia with effects of unstability while performing an adequate decompression. The purpose of our research was to realize comparative analysis of the results of decompression, and. single-stage decompression-and- stabilizing operations at the treatment of discoradicular conflict of lumbosacral segment of spine in early and. distant postoperative periods. We researched, quality of life of patients according to ODI scale, dynamics of pain syndrome after the operation, continuance of the operation, length, of incision, time of activization, appearance of early and. distant postoperative complications. Use of dynamic interspinal stabilization at the realization of single-stage decompression-and-stabilizing operations allows to decrease the risk of formation of dicsal hernias greatly both on the operated, and. on adjoining level. While estimating the results of the operations we concluded that outcomes of the treatment are more positive and demand an analysis in remote period at the combined, single-stage decompression, and. stabilization
