In this article, it is important to determine the degree of contractures in the muscle-ligamentous tissue and joint by clinical-instrumental examination, and to determine the level of contractures in the musculo-ligamentous tissue and the joint when choosing a surgical practice for the treatment of the knee joints of 112 patients with developed knee joint flexor contractures in the Republican Children's Mental and Neurological Hospital. it is stated that it is appropriate to plan the practice.
