Monosymptomatic primary nocturnal enuresis (MPNE) is a widespread pathology among children and adolescents that significantly impacts their quality of life and can lead to serious psychosocial problems. According to the World Health Organization, this condition affects 5-10% of children at age 7 and 1-2% of adolescents at age 15. In Uzbekistan, the prevalence of MPNE among adolescents is 3-5%.
