The purpose of this article is to study the effect of long-term stress on cerebrovascular system, to determine the mechanisms of cerebrovascular pathology and encephalopathies development and to evaluate their interrelation. A complex assessment of the influence of chronic stress on cerebral blood circulation, mechanisms of cerebrovascular pathology development and peculiarities of encephalopathies formation was carried out.
