Annotatsiya

Currently, the number of diseases leading to a decrease in kidney function is increasing in many developed countries. Problems related to chronic kidney failure (CKD), its stages and expensive treatment methods - hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation - are gaining urgent social importance. In such patients, there is a high risk not only of worsening of kidney failure, but also of recurrence of the main disease, a sharp deterioration of the condition and the development of cardiovascular complications due to insufficient diagnosis and timely treatment. Epidemiological studies show that the factors leading to SBY are similar to the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, in the primary and secondary prevention of kidney diseases, great attention is paid to the protection of the cardiovascular system. Based on these circumstances, the term “chronic kidney disease” (CKD) was included in the science in order to generalize approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of kidney diseases by the US National Kidney Foundation.
