This article develops a multi-criteria integral model for evaluating the efficiency of banking products based on financial, risk-related, customer, operational, and digital-technological criteria. The proposed approach enables the comparison of different banking products within a unified methodological framework, the identification of their strengths and weaknesses, and the improvement of bank product portfolio management.
