This article examines the institutional and financial mechanisms underpinning the development of the green investment market in Arab countries, with particular emphasis on the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study analyzes the role of the Circular Carbon Economy (CCE) framework, Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) technologies, the Net Zero strategy, renewable energy development, and mechanisms in mobilizing green investments. Based on a comparative analysis, the paper evaluates the potential for adapting the experience of these countries to the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to foster the development of the national green investment market, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance institutional mechanisms that support sustainable economic development.
