The article examines the challenges of ensuring economic stability through the formation of growth points in industrial sectors. Based on the theoretical foundations of F. Perru and M. Porter, structural changes in Uzbekistan’s industry are analyzed; practical proposals are developed considering clustering, localization, and high value-added strategies; and scientifically grounded approaches to addressing regional disproportions are provided.
