The present study was conducted for 12 months in 76 patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy with stenosing lesions of the carotid arteries of various origins. Patients were divided into two groups: n = 48 patients with TIA that developed against the background of atherosclerotic stenosis of the carotid arteries, n = 48 patients with TIA and n = 28 patients with pathological deformities of the carotid arteries (KINGKING, KOILING).
