The purpose of this study was to study the significance of indicators of clinical and laboratory data, to establish the relationship between them in the early diagnosis of dementia of the Alzheimer's type. 50 patients (23 men and 27 women) under the age of 65 with dementia of the Alzheimer's type were examined in a neurological hospital using the Khachinsky scales, psychoneurological status assessment, a battery of tests for assessing frontal dysfunction, a clock-drawing test for assessing the development of cognitive neuropsychological disorders. Based on a study of patients, it was found that changes in laboratory data correlated with the cognitive and mental state of patients.
