The article provides a review of the literature on the problem of post-COVID syndrome, in particular, its neurological manifestations. The frequency of detection of these disorders in patients after Covid-19, according to the literature, varies from 2.3% to 89%, lasting up to 8 months and having an undulating course in some patients. According to the given contradictory data, the article exposes unresolved problems in terms of terminology, classification, pathogenesis, frequency of occurrence and treatment of post-COVID syndrome.
