The authors investigated the possibility of using the puncture and without puncture method of therapy for the successfill treatment of acute purulent rhinosinusitis . hi the study, patients were divided into two groups : I group of patients (33 patients ) performed by the method of washing the UNP Proettsa with subsequent use of antibiotic sensitivity of microflora revealed the nasal cavity. Group II ( 27 patients ) performed puncture of the maxillary sinus . The findings suggest when using puncture and without puncture treatments has almost the same length . However in group I as a percentage efficacy of the treatment was significantly higher.
