Research is devoted to optimizing the treatment of chronic laryngitis considering etiopathogenesis revealed the need for medical treatment in conjunction with gastroenterologists in cases of reflux esophagitis , brushing the upper airway during co-infection and prevention of occupational hazards . Conservative therapy based on etiopathogenesis gave positive results of treatment in patients with chronic laryngitis group average more than 85% .
