Authors to improve the effectiveness of treatment of exudative otitis media was investigated the possibility of using drugs Kukumazin and "chymotrypsin". In the study, patients were divided into two groups: I group (18 patients) with the use of the drug Kukumazin. II group (14 patients) Chymotrypsin. The data obtained by the two groups of patients indicate a greater efficacy of the drug Kukumazin - 16 (88.9%) in the combined treatment EOM. It allows to recommend Kukumazin as the drug of choice in the treatment of the EOM.
