The work is devoted to a comprehensive assessment of the nasal cavity after surgery, where it was found necessary to control drug to reduce inflammation postoperative reactive phenomena, which in turn reduces the risk of both local and systemic complications. All that, accordingly, reduced the time of rehabilitation and improves quality of life of the patient during the recovery period.
