The aim of the study was to early diagnosis of pharyngeal tonsil hypertrophy m children We studied 60 children aged 4-14 years m the ENT department treat in 3-rd clinical IMA about nasal breathing difficulties associated with hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsils. The examination mcluded a medical history and asking comphints, front and rear rhinoscopy, pharyngoscopy otoscopy, digital exammation of the nasopharynx, rigid nasal endoscopy. Based on our comprehensive study can be noted that digital examination assesses the state of the pharyngeal tonsil, but rigid endoscopy improves the objectification of the survey.
