Modernization of the modern system of higher education is primarily the development of professional training of students. The professional solution of this problem requires research of socio-pedagogical importance. In this regard, it is important to develop students' self-awareness and creativity, while ensuring the constitutional rights of the human and a citizen to educate themselves.
