Being a participant in the criminal process, the court as a subject of criminal procedural relations has its own legal status. This implies the totality of all his rights and obligations. Which correspond to the procedural functions performed by the court, established by the norms of criminal procedural legislation. This article describes the functions of the court in the system of criminal procedural functions, analyzed from the point of view of lawyers of Uzbekistan.
