The work is devoted to the development of techniques for determining the radiochemical purity(the content of the connected target radionuclide) and chemical purity (the content of nonradioactiveimpurity elements Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn, Yb, etc. of the radiopharmaceuticals 177Lu-PSMA-617, produced in the State Enterprise "Radiopreparat". At the development of the techniques,the methods of paper chromatography and atomic emission spectrometry with inductivelycoupled plasma (ICP-AES) are used. The paper chromatography method made it possibleto determine the radiochemical purity of the preparation up to 99.0%, and ICP-AES determinedthe limited impurities of Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn, Yb up to 0.35 μg/GBq. The characteristics ofthe developed methods fully meet the regulatory requirements established for radiopharmaceuticals.
