В данной статье представлены результаты исследования микробиологической чистоты пищевой добавки «Глюкобрассицин» в капсульной форме, содержащей 200 мг экстракта брокколи (партия: 122024; дата выпуска 12/2026), произведенной ООО «БИО БОСТ ХОЛД», Республика Узбекистан. Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена необходимостью обеспечения безопасности пищевых добавок растительного происхождения, потенциально подверженных микробному загрязнению. Микробиологическая оценка качества проводилась в соответствии с требованиями Государственной фармакопеи Республики Узбекистан с использованием стандартных фармакопейных методов. В ходе исследования определялось общее количество аэробных бактерий, содержание грибов и наличие санитарно-индикаторного микроорганизма Escherichia coli. Полученные результаты демонстрируют микробиологическую безопасность пищевой добавки «Глюкобрассицин» и подтверждают надлежащее качество исходного растительного материала, а также соответствие санитарно-гигиеническим требованиям при производстве и хранении.
