Quadruple magnetopolarons in magnetooptics quantum- dimensional nanostructures

Annotatsiya

A theory is developed of the inter band magneto-optical absorption of light in a nanodimensionalquantum well in a strong magnetic field due to interaction electrons with opticalphonons. We study the behavior of the magneto-optical peaks corresponding to the transitionof an electron from the Landau level with quantum numbers n≥3 at magnetic field satisfiedcondition of equality of cyclotron frequency and the frequency of longitudinal optical phonon.For n=3 in point resonance is a cross of four terms of the electron-phonon system (the electronat the Landau level n=3, the electron at the level n=2 and one optical phonon, electron at thelevel n=1 and two phonons and the electron at the level n=0 and three phonons), considered asa function of the cyclotron frequency of the electron. Interaction with phonons takes off thedegeneracy of the terms and leads to four disjoint branches of the electron-phonon spectrum.In accordance with that, the magneto-optical peak splits into four peaks the distance betweenthem is ∼√η (where η is the dimensionless Fröhlich electron-phonon coupling constant).
