The article analyzes the main aspects and features of the state policy on modernization of primary education in Uzbekistan with the help of scientific literature and primary sources. At the same time, it was revealed that the important reforms in the primary education system are aimed at educating the younger generation in a harmonious manner and ensuring children’s rights, spiritual and educational development of young children are the most important priorities of state policy in education.
