The article analyzes the existing approaches to the study of the methodological principle of anthropocentrism in linguistics. The essence of literary discourse is determined from the standpoint of the anthropocentric paradigm. Furthemore, a new approach has been applıed to the analysis of literary discourse from the standpoint of the methodological principles of anthropocentrism, interdisciplinarity and integrity.
