The article describes the concept of farms on the basis of scientific and theoretical views and current legislation. Attempts have been made to highlight the need to determine the legal status of the farm as a legal entity and its relevance. At the same time, he developed his own independent approach to the concept of farming. The legal description and nature of the farm are also disclosed. Organizational legal form of farms The opinions and tariffs given by national and foreign experts are analyzed, and on the basis of their most important aspects the organizational legal form of farms and peculiarities of its organization are described. In particular, the article examines the status of the farm as a legal entity, both legally and economically, which served to improve the quality of the analysis. Also, similarities and differences between farms and other business entities and economic entities were studied on the basis of the analysis of the legislation, thereby revealing their specific features. As a result of research conducted on the topic, conclusions of scientific and practical significance have been developed.
