In this article, the views of lawyers and economists on farm management are considered. And also, regulatory documents on the transformation of farming into a diversified economic activity. The concept of diversified farms is analyzed from a scientific and theoretical point of view. A solution is being considered based on a critical analysis of existing problems and shortcomings. Also, the directions of activity and legal stages of the development of multidisciplinary farms are investigated. Based on this, changes in the legislation on the organization of multidisciplinary farms are described. And also, and the system of benefits applied to them. In addition, the problems of land use of multidisciplinary farms and ways to solve legal and economic solutions were discussed. Based on this analyzed basis of legislation and scientific and theoretical views, as well as the results of comparative analysis, attempts were made to make proposals and recommendations for improving regulations aimed at regulating the activities of multidisciplinary farms in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
