In this article, educational and methodological support and methods of teaching general subjects are presented. At their core, the creation of effective methods of teaching students is considered. A system is also being considered for the development of independent learning activities of students using the Internet. Various methods are analyzed, for example, using mobile surveys, which allow improving the quality of surveys and opinions. The improvement of mobile surveys and opinions, through training, cloud research, as well as interactive video methods is considered. The system of teaching methods based on mobile technologies has been studied, on the one hand, their systematization. The research allowed us to identify the features and principles of the system construction, to determine the place of each method in the thematic content of the course. This approach allowed us to really test the system. This, in turn, encourages students to study independently. Next, it is necessary to analyze this particular mobile application, its functionality and its usefulness for training sessions. The teacher should analyze the mobile application and give his instructions on its use by students.
